  • Tenants have the option of submitting their application online or in person at our offices.

  • We conduct thorough credit and background checks on all applicants. We also subject all tenants to strict rental criteria. This reduces the risk of having a troubled tenant.
  • We negotiate the lease terms with your best interest in mind. We make sure to obtain qualified tenants at the best rental rate.
  • Our lease agreements are prepared as per the Professional Industry Standard Lease in accordance with the North Carolina law. A copy of the lease agreement is provided to the tenant, you the homeowner and one kept for the records.
