We understand that repairs and maintenance can be time-consuming and costly. Depending on the terms of your agreement with us and the amount of maintenance reserve you maintain with us, we will take care of the repairs for you. We will seek your written permission to initiate any repair work that exceeds the amount specified in the management agreement.
